This is the most useful kind of message we can get. The reading is the value this app must not get wrong, so please say which word, what the app showed, and what you expected. Readings and pitch come from a published dictionary and the levels from a published compilation; both contain mistakes, and corrections are applied by hand.
Open the Settings app → Apps → Safari → Extensions, and turn Nazoru on. You will also need to allow it on the sites you want to use it on. Then, on a Japanese page, open the page menu in Safari and choose Nazoru.
If it still does not appear, restarting the device after installing usually helps.
Particles and auxiliaries are deliberately not tappable — tapping them would only show a reading, with no meaning to give. Words outside the range the app covers are shown in a lighter colour: those can be tapped, and give you the reading and the pitch line with a note that there is no meaning yet.
Check the switch in the app first (Settings → Daily reminder). If the switch is on but the bell shows a line through it, iOS is blocking notifications for Nazoru; the app will say so and offer a way into the Settings app. Reminders are only sent on days when something is actually due, and delivery is decided by iOS.
Return to the app and let it come to the foreground; the list refreshes then. If they are still missing, please write in — the app and the extension are supposed to share one list, and a failure there is worth knowing about.
Use “Restore purchase” with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one.
Everything the app stores lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it. There is nothing held anywhere else to delete.

如果还是没有出现，装完之后重启一次设备通常能解决。
助词和助动词是刻意不能点的——点了也只会显示一个读音，没有意思可给。超出收录范围的词会用浅一点的颜色显示：那些可以点，会给你读音和声调线，并注明还没有释义。
先看应用里的开关（设置 → 每天提醒）。如果开关是开着的，但铃铛图标上带一道斜线，说明 iOS 挡住了 Nazoru 的通知；应用会写明这一点，并给出进系统设置的入口。提醒只在真的有词到期的那天发送，是否送达由 iOS 决定。
回到应用，让它切到前台，生词本会在那时刷新。如果还是没有，请写信告诉我们——应用和扩展本应共用同一个生词本，那里出问题是值得知道的。
用购买时的同一个 Apple 账户执行「恢复购买」。购买无法在账户之间转移。
退款由 Apple 在 reportaproblem.apple.com 处理。我们无法自行退款。
