Nazoru (“the app”) does not collect information about you. This page sets out what that means in practice.
There is no account and no sign-in. No name, email address, phone number or contact list is collected. No analytics framework and no advertising framework is built into the app.
The dictionary, the grammar tables and every explanation are inside the app when you download it. Looking a word up, reviewing, and reading all work with no network connection at all. There is no server belonging to this app.
The only network activity related to the app is the purchase, which Apple handles, and any link you open yourself.
The words you save — with the form you met, its reading, the sentence, and the source — are stored on your device. The same applies to your review history and your settings. There is no sync between devices and no iCloud copy in this version. Nothing is sent to the developer.
The app and its Safari extension share one storage area on the device so that a word saved from a web page appears in the same list. That area is on your device and is not accessible to other apps.
The extension only does anything on a page after you turn tracing on for that page. When it is on, it reads the text of the page in order to split it into words and look them up. That work happens on your device, using the dictionary inside the extension.
Review reminders are local notifications assembled on the device. No push server is involved. Whether and when a notification is presented is decided by iOS, and the app cannot guarantee delivery.
When the 7-day trial starts, the time it started is written to the device keychain and to your iCloud key-value storage. That is so reinstalling the app, or moving to a new device, does not hand out another trial. What is stored is a timestamp and nothing else — no record of what you looked up.
The purchase is processed by Apple. The app is told whether the purchase exists; it does not see your payment details, and it has no way to.
The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
If the app ever starts sending something off the device, this page will say so before that version is released, and the date above will change.

7 天试用开始时，开始的时刻会写进设备的钥匙串和你的 iCloud 键值存储。这是为了让重装应用或换新设备不会再发一次试用。保存的只有一个时刻，别的什么都没有——不记录你查过什么。
购买由 Apple 处理。本应用只知道「这笔购买存不存在」，看不到你的支付信息，也没有办法看到。
本应用不面向儿童，并且不从任何年龄的使用者那里收集任何信息。
